1. Delivery overview

Delivery options depend on the enclosure size and weight to ensure safe handling and the most suitable transport method. Smaller units can be shipped by courier, while larger enclosures are delivered on a pallet for added protection. Oversized and walk in enclosures may require specialist transport, so delivery is arranged individually before dispatch.

Delivery methods by enclosure size

• Up to 1000 x 1250 x 700 mm – Delivered by courier.
• Up to 2000 x 2000 x 1000 mm – Delivered on a pallet.
• Over 2000 x 2000 x 1000 mm – Requires specialist transport and is arranged case by case.
• Walk in enclosures – Quoted individually. Please contact us to confirm delivery options and cost.

2. Delivery cost

Some products include free delivery. For products where delivery requires a manual calculation, delivery cost will be confirmed after you place the order. In this case you pay for the enclosure at checkout, and delivery is paid separately once confirmed.

3. Dispatch and lead time

Most enclosures are made to order. Standard production time is 1 to 7 working days depending on size and complexity. Dispatch happens once the enclosure is ready and the delivery method is confirmed.

4. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected transport method. Courier deliveries are typically faster than pallet deliveries. For specialist transport and walk in enclosures, timing is agreed individually.

5. Access and delivery conditions

Please make sure the delivery address is accessible for the selected transport method. For pallet deliveries this means suitable access for a large vehicle and a safe unloading point. If site access is restricted or additional equipment is required, please tell us before dispatch so we can confirm the correct delivery method.

6. Receiving your order

Please inspect the packaging and the enclosure on arrival. If there is visible damage, take photos and notify us as soon as possible. Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.

7. International delivery

We ship across the UK and internationally. International shipping cost and delivery time are confirmed individually based on destination and enclosure size.

8. Changes and cancellations

If you need to change a custom order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes are possible only before production starts. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned unless the item is faulty.
