How long does production take?
If the enclosure is in stock, we can dispatch it the same day or the next working day. If the enclosure needs to be manufactured, production typically takes 1–5 working days, depending on the size and complexity of the box. Larger enclosures may require more production time. For very large enclosures or complex custom projects, manufacturing may take up to 4 weeks. For accurate timelines, please contact our manager who will be happy to assist you. Delivery across the UK usually takes 1–3 working days, depending on the size of the enclosure and the courier service.
Can you make custom sizes and cut outs?
Yes. We manufacture boxes in custom sizes and can add cut-outs for cables, connectors, ventilation or other components according to your requirements. Please fill out the custom order form, and our manager will contact you to discuss your specifications and provide a quotation.
Do you provide installation instructions?
Yes. We provide simple installation instructions with our enclosures. Our boxes are designed for easy installation, and if you need additional guidance our manager will be happy to assist you
How strong are GRP enclosures vs metal or plastic?
GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) enclosures are very strong, durable and corrosion-resistant. Unlike metal, GRP does not rust and performs well in harsh outdoor environments. Compared to standard plastic, GRP is significantly stronger and more impact resistant, making it ideal for industrial and electrical installations
